(Nearly Not a) Chinese Take-Away

Today's lesson learnt is that if you factor in a Chinese take-away during the week - don't schedule it for a Monday. There is NOTHING open. And it's insanely difficult to find out opening hours on the internet for Chinese restaurants.

My Chunky Lover (hunter-gatherer that he is) gallantly left the sanctity of our home and roamed the streets searching for chow mein and prawn toast. And boy did he find it. Check out the portion size in the picture. A bargain for just 12 syns. Love lazy take-aways. Love my Chunky Lover.

I consumed:
  • 340g Chicken with Cashew Nuts - 9 syns
  • 210g Egg Fried Rice - 3 syns
  • Egg Noodles (cooked at home and stirred in with chicken & cashew nuts)

BREAKFAST: 4 SCRAMBLED EGGS WITH MUSHROOMS; LUNCH: 98% FAT FREE SUPERNOODLES WITH 8 OLIVES (1 SYN) AND TWO ALPEN LIGHT BARS (HEALTHY B OPTION); DINNER: "(NEARLY NOT A) CHINESE TAKE-AWAY"; SNACKS: GRAPES, HAM, BANANA;

PUDDING:

FROZEN MANGO CUBES AND ONKEN FAT FREE STRAWBERRY YOGHURT
