The house is back to normal. Chunky Lover got back last night and the girls faces lit up when they saw him - they must have been so bored with me.

Also, I have discovered the key to getting The Troll to go to bed nicely. Allow her to play outdoors for 12 hours! Not very practical I know - but it works! We got home at gone 9 last night and she fell into bed. I didn't hear a peep from her until 8am this morning. The only downside is that I'm also exhausted and in pain from the amount of walking we did - most of it whilst simultaneously pushing the buggy and carrying the Troll.

Today's theme (accidently) is red. But not a slimming world red day - I always do Extra Easy. I just finished dinner - it was simple but delicious. Just chicken fillets fried in frylight with a salad topped with roasted red veg: onion, tomatoes and pepper. Pudding is 'Very Berry Trifles' and is very low in syns - just 0.375 syns per serving, or 1.5 if you want to eat the lot like I plan too!
