A quiet day today. Basic housewife duties like hoovering, dusting, watching repeats of last night's Big Brother.....

Squirky is still a bit snuffly and had another broken night. This time though she settled after letting go two enormous parps!

In other Squirky related news, today she munched her way through 3 slices of apple. I am so proud of her.

As I type she has pulled herself upright on The Trolls toy piano and is playing a baby concerto.

Bravo Squirky!

Tonight's dinner is an old fave from my uni days - basically pasta topped with anything cheap with a little flavour, it's Student Tuna Pasta Bake.

WHAT WENT INTO DINNER FOR TWO SERVINGS:

  • 200g pasta twirls
  • 200g can of tuna in brine
  • 16 olives (1 SYN PER SERVING)
  • Can of sweetcorn
  • Passata
  • Splash of balsamic
  • Seasoning

HOW I DID IT:

  • Part boil the pasta
  • Heat pasatta through with balsamic and seasoning
  • Stir through the rest of the ingredients
  • Mix with pasta and bake for 20mins covered in foil
  • Serve with fresh basil
BREAKFAST: BANANA, 2 GRAPES, 2 CUPS OF TEA WITH DASHES OF MILK (1 SYN); LUNCH: GALLO PRONTO RISOTTO - SUN DREID TOMATO, WITH BASIL AND CHEESE (HEALTHY A OPTION); DINNER: "STUDENT TUNA PASTA BAKE"; SNACKS: 2 ALPEN LIGHT BARS (HEALTHY B CHOICE); PUDDING: FROZEN BLUEBERRIES AND 2 MULLER LIGHT YOGHURTS
